Acceleration Process Stages

Kick-Off

The kick-off event marks the start of the program, bringing together all startups in the batch. The schedule includes an overview of the program, startup introductions, a happy hour with the WOW community of investors and entrepreneurs, and a talk with successful startup founders.

Dig Deep

This is a one-on-one diagnostic session aimed at understanding the startup’s biggest challenges and next growth milestone. We define the key objectives, success metrics, and areas where WOW can provide support.

Checkpoints + Mentorship + Content Tracks

We hold recurring individual checkpoints with each startup. Based on the diagnostic, we match the startup with relevant mentors. This phase includes tailored mentoring, structured content tracks (leadership, sales, marketing, customer success, fundraising, etc.), and community engagement with founders and investors from our network.

Post-Acceleration

This phase is focused on preparing the startup for its next fundraising round. We work on market thesis development, pitch materials, and investor connections (angels and VCs). Startups continue to benefit from mentorship, community access, and content tracks.

Startup Meetings Are Divided Into Sprints

The average program duration is 12 months but may vary based on the startup's needs.

Mentorship

We value quality over quantity. At WOW, mentorship is a relationship. We invest time to understand each startup’s challenges and match them with mentors who have the right hard skills and market knowledge.

How Mentorship Works

We start by validating mentor profiles with the startup. After alignment, mentors are invited to a first session where the startup presents its business and main challenges. Based on that, we recommend a meeting cadence. From there, the founder drives the relationship with follow-ups, updates, and new challenges.
